Suppressing emotions.

How long can one suppress their emotions?
A day? A week? A month?
It is hard  opening up and letting your vulnerable side out to others. It is insane to keep quiet for the sake of mental peace of someone else so much that your own head stops working. And then one day, the tears come rolling out. Everything in your life seems a blur. A mistake that you can’t solve.
Suppressing your feelings might make you feel okay for some time, but they are going to get out eventually. They only grow the more you keep it in. Like a volcano. It is going to burst and burn everything around you.
You have problems? Well, face it. Find a solution, no matter what. Talk to the ones that you have to talk to. Don’t just sleep over it every time. Have a spine.
Don’t you respect yourself? How long would you hurt yourself by not facing things around you? One day, you will stop enjoying reading those books that you escape in. You will stop watching TV shows that distract you. That is called depression, my friend. It will bite you. You keep all it in, and the lava might make you want to take your life.

Don’t do this to yourself. Don’t hide in the memes that internet has. Don’t laugh on jokes that kill you on the inside. Life is too short.

  1. I can totally relate to it. Just like how a faucet works, one must learn to control their feelings but when the feelings start controlling you, then its better to provide them an outlet.

In the Lies

There are a thousand ways we imagine things could conspire to be. Yet when the outcome turns to be the one we didn't want, we begin to break down.  We begin to hate the chances taken. We begin to hate the efforts that we put in. We regret.  Sometimes, it is difficult to say that the fate of our lives is in our hands. That we are the master of our world. Maybe we are not, because we try to do our bests yet we can't achieve. What is the purpose then? We ask ourselves, our friends, maybe the higher power. If things aren't meant to roll out the way we expect, what is the point of working on them?  However, there is a way we manage to survive. It's in the lies that we tell others, maybe ourselves too. The truth about lies is, if we say them enough, we start to believe them  ---  "Does it still hurt?" "No"      And unless someone looks into our eyes, we begin to realize all the lies that we have been telling ourselves and once again shred into pieces. F...

Are they People or Snakes?

We have figured it out wrong. Bustling on the roads, sipping our coffees, Smoking cigarettes, partying on weekends, Spending our money on things that don't matter, Like the new shoes, or Maybe the new Dress, The pretty girl with a fake accent is Busy, busy being anxious about her fashion choices, because well, she got it all figured wrong. Yet, she thinks she knows it all, while hidden insecurities, she believes her fake personality is top-notch. So many people in meaningless gibberish Wishing to stay updated with the world facts, to become so opinionated that they can interact about everything that exists, But what are these opinions for by-the-way, If the people you talk to, don't wish to talk to you anyway? And then, come those who wish to align with the world Fight for their society, or the well-being, Such that they are willing to take laws into their own hands, Use their provoking skills to thrash someone in a  mob, who did maybe a wrong. Being a Slave to AI?

Last night I was binge watching Netflix, because I have my accounting exam. Who wants to study that, eh? In the middle of the two idiotic rom-coms, I also saw a documentary "The Social Dilemma".   When you find it on your Netflix feed, by the name itself you shall think, "Oh! It is going to tell us how internet is scary and etc etc.," and you'll continue to scroll the feed to watch something else. Why? Because YOU cannot face the truth, that the SOCIAL PLATFORMS where you want to spend so much time on, are actually owning you? Artificial Intelligence, isn't just about the robots killing people in the future. It is in the NOW. It is running your lives. The people who themselves were a part of the platforms, like Tristan Harris - share the scary impact that social media has on the people around you. For example, take the rumors spread on Corona Virus? You think those people were not manipulated on believing that? No one is that stupid. It's the AI that ma...
